Peak Season: April 1 - October 31; 3-night minimum during peak season
Weekly - $2,025
Friday and Saturday Nights - $325 per Night 
Sunday through Thursday Night - $275 per Night

Off Season November 1 - March 31; 2-night minimum during off season
Weekly - $1,500
Friday and Saturday Nights - $250 per Night
Sunday through Thursday Night - $200 per Night

Please Note:  3-night minimum reservation for holidays and graduation weekends, all of which are Peak Season rates.

Fees and Rental Conditions:

• Refundable Security Deposit: $500
• Cleaning & Linens Fee:  $125
• Taxes included
• Check-in 4:00 PM - Check-out 10:00 AM

• There is a $25 per person, per night fee for every guest over 5
  
  

Reservation Security: Half of the rental fee is due at the time of reservation, with the remainder due within 2 weeks of check-in date.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund within 60 Days; 50% up to 4 weeks from reservation date; no refund less than 4 weeks from reservation date. 

Absolutely No Pets and No Smoking on the premises. NO EXCEPTIONS
